8-Series: Pallet Shuttle Systems

A complete range of automation components for dual shuttle systems or FMS type installations

Pallet sizes: 400 x 400 to 4000 x 4000mm (15.74 x 15.74 to 157 x 157 inches) are standard.

The key advantages
General
A proven and tested modular system for individual pallet changer designs, manufacturing cells and F.M.S. Systems. Equally suitable for new machines as well as the upgrading of existing installations.

Application
Suitable for all machines on the market including vertical turning machines, measuring machines, as well as individual solutions for pallet changers and manufacturing cells.

Construction
All units in this modular system are produced from high quality materials and workmanship. The drive, switch and control elements are quality-approved articles for performance confidence. Installations incorporate a self-contained hydraulic system where required.

Pallets
Can be furnished according to DIN, ISO or Factory Standard. Other manufacturers pallets can also be transported.

Control
Systems are provided with basic controls to facilitate pallet changes. Cell scheduler and cell controllers are also available. Systems are supplied to customer requirements or with suitable interface to suit existing system and OEM requirements.

Installation/Commissioning
Systems are supplied with necessary foundation hardware. Our skilled personnel will commission the installation or provide turnkey solutions if required.
